Grey Day in Yorkshire

It’s wet, cool and grey here today! Son & heir is grounded at Bournmouth airport en route to spend a couple of nights with his friend in Jersey. – fog around the channel isles. Here comes summer!
Anyway I have sorted stuff out in the polytunnel, planting cucumbers, French beans, cabbage & courgettes, cast on ‘Dane’ shawl in a semi solid fingering merino declared too nice (& soft) for socks & made my first ever blueberry muffins. Hopefully son will make it to Jersey this afternoon & the sun will be out tomorrow ( & I get the hang of posting from my iPhone!).
